Definetly one of my favorite’s choice. They have great quality images in all sizes & a huge amount of categories. Most of the pictures you see in my blog are coming from here!
2. 1MILLIONFREEPICTURES
This is my latest discovery. Good quality images with also many subjects. Very easy to find specific pictures. There is a possibility to do a massive download of all pictures but its not for free.. it might be worth it!
3. FREE IMAGES COLLECTION
The site appearance doesn’t look very professional but they have also a great variety of pictures to be downloaded for free.
4. FLICKR
One of the most popular sites to store images, and also a great place for inspiration. In order to use images from flickr just need to apply a filter for “Commercial Use & Mods Allowedâ€. Be careful if you don’t select this filter because if not the pictures might have specific licenses.
5. GOOGLE IMAGES
Its impossible to NOT use google if you want to search for something! But once again, a small tip to search only for free pictures.
Go to google images and select Settings -> Advanced Search
Then enter the specifications you want (topic, size, aspect ratio etc)… and at the end, under Usage Rights, select two types of filters depending if you want to modify the picture or not:
- FREE TO USE OR SHARE, EVEN COMMERCIALLY.
- FREE TO USE, SHARE OR MODIFY, EVEN COMMERCIALLY.
